6 tablespoons ground cumin

3 tablespoons ground chili powder

3 tablespoons corn flour

1 tablespoon granulated garlic

1 tablespoon granulated onion

1 tablespoon ground coriander

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons ground turmeric

2 teaspoons kosher salt

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper

1 teaspoon ground oregano

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

In a large bowl, whisk the cumin, chili powder, corn flour, granulated garlic, granulated onion, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, black pepper, chipotle pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes until well incorporated. Transfer to a quart-size wide-mouth Mason jar with a tight-fitting lid for convenient storage.
